Owner and principle contractor, Shane Klingbeil was born and raised in the Napa Valley and currently lives in Angwin, California. He has worked as a plumber since 1993 and received
his contractor’s license in 1997.
 
Keeping up with the growing water needs of the Napa Valley, Shane added a pump classification to his existing license and launched a pump service company in October 1999.
 
Palisades Pump Service, Inc. has recently
become a corporation and expanded their
offices and shop space to Highland Oaks
Drive in Angwin.
 
Shane is an active member of his community
and serves on the board of The Howell Mountain Mutual Water Company. He is also a member
of the California Groundwater Association, and
The Solano/Napa Builders Exchange.
